Terms of Service

1. Payment Terms• Full payment or a minimum 50% deposit is required in advance to secure a slot in my queue. For orders above R$400, the percentage of the initial deposit may be discussed.
• The remaining amount must be paid before the delivery of the final artwork.2. No Sketch Before Payment• I do not provide sample sketches or previews before the commission begins.
• My portfolio demonstrates the quality and style of my work. By hiring me, you agree with the artistic style presented in it.3. Refund Policy• After the work has started, payments are non-refundable.
• In case of significant delay without prior communication, I may offer a 10% refund per day of delay, up to a maximum of 50% of the total amount (except in cases of force majeure, such as illness, emergencies, or equipment damage).
• Note: This delay refund only applies if the client has fulfilled their responsibilities (see Section 6).4. Revisions• Changes are allowed during the process, generally in the thumbnail, sketch, and initial coloring stages.
• Major revisions that alter the original agreement or require significant rework will have an additional cost, to be discussed at the time.[ Example: ]
| The client requested a full illustration of two characters with military clothing in an apocalyptic setting. The client received the thumbnails and chose one; I start the sketch based on the proposal mentioned above; the client receives the sketch and approves it.
| After I start the lineart, the client asks to change the characters’ clothing and replace it with medieval armor.
| This is an example of rework that requires an extra fee.• After the delivery of the final artwork, it will not be possible to make changes, unless previously agreed.5. Rights & Usage• I retain all rights over the commissioned artwork, including the right to publish it in my portfolio and social media, unless the client requests otherwise.
• The client may use the artwork only for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless previously agreed.
• It is not allowed to resell, redistribute, use or submit to AI tools, or edit the artwork without my authorization.6. Client Responsibilities• The client must provide references and clear instructions for the artwork.
• Delays in sending the necessary information may delay the completion date.
• By commissioning me, you confirm that you have reviewed my portfolio, agree with these terms, and understand the scope of the commission.7. Cancellation• I reserve the right to cancel a commission if the client shows inappropriate behavior, including disrespect, harassment, or continuous lack of cooperation.
• In such cases, amounts corresponding to work already completed will not be refunded.
• This clause exists to ensure a safe and respectful working environment for both parties.By placing an order, you agree to all the terms listed here.
